Very cool!
I'd love to mount an extra D700 with a 50 1.4 from a high vantage point and put a big 32GB card in there and just blast away in jpeg mode. A shot every 2 seconds and then combine them like they did here. I'm sure mine would be more crude, but I like to play around to keep fresh.
